Successful Kick-Off with the Controller Institute

Our Training “Decision Quality for Business Partners - Securing value in strategic decisions” was launched as a part of the Business Partner Excellence curriculum of the Controller Institute.

The course introduces the concept of Decision Quality (DQ), enables participants to assess the quality of decisions and improve it immediately after the training.
